Shipping

All orders are picked and packed by a real person and we will do our very best to process all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Our delivery time is usually within 5 working days of receiving your order. Please note, we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK.


Postal Orders: We'll let you know when your order has been despatched (we use a variety of shipping providers e.g., Royal Mail/Yodel etc. depending on the size, weight and contents of your order) and we'll include the tracking details so you can keep an eye on your order's journey to you. If you're not going to be home we recommend asking your Postie to deliver the parcel to a neighbour, your dog's sense of smell will tell them this bundle of goodness is for them! 

We charge a flat rate of £4.50 to ship your order.


Click & Collect: If you're local to Wellesbourne, we are happy for you to come and collect your order. Please allow us 48 hours to prepare the order, we'll email you when it's ready to collect.

We do not charge for C&C orders.


Local Delivery: We are happy to offer a local delivery service in the following areas; Wellesbourne, Barford, Moreton Morrell, Loxley and Lowsonford (the home of our favourite pub!)

We charge £1.50 for this service. Minimum order value: £15.00.

Returns

Our returns policy is in place to protect your rights as a valued customer and ours as a small family business, we want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you or your dog isn't, please contact us so we can help put things right.

  • Product Differences
  • Please keep in mind that our treats are natural, therefor there will be differences in shape and form. Nature doesn't always produce a uniform shape or size. 


  • Wrong Product
  • Oops! Please email us and we'll put this right. We will ask you to send us some pictures so we can see where we've gone wrong. 


  • Damaged Products
  • It happens, we do our best to check every product before we send it out but we're not perfect. Please call us to discuss or email images of the box/parcel your order was delivered in & images of the product. We'll also have a word with the Post Office & ask them to be a little more gentle in future. Be assured we'll do our best to put this right for you.
  • Please note: if your pooch has opened their own package due to the delicious treats contained - yip it happens! Whilst we know this is frustrating we don't believe we can be held responsible, after all, who can't resist a delicious treat! Please keep all treats somewhere safe and have a word with your dog! 

 

  • Returns
  • Please let us know if you wish to return your order by email or telephone call, it's good for our training to understand what went wrong. Please return any items to us within 14 days of receipt, goods must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, sealed and packaged with care, you will need to cover the cost of postage.
  • We will refund the amount you paid using your original purchase method, within 10 days of the item being received.
